Security

Teleworkers can use location based internet connections (ISDN, xDSL) but also mobile internet connections like GPRS or UMTS to log in to their corporate network.  Since the origin of the connection is foreign to the corporate network, securing this type of connection is essential. Netvia protects this connection by using advanced routes and VPN's with encryption. The login method is also secure, by using hardware tokens the user is able to validate himself using a OTP (one time password) providing a very strong authentication method. Only when the user is authenticated using a PIN code + the OTP (which is only valid for 30 seconds) can the remote user login to the network.
